Monday

Monday Evening Moves
with Jessica Brown
5.30-6.45pm £13

  • A spacious somatic based practice for softening and integration. Focusing on permission, acceptance and enjoyment. Time to come back to yourself. All bodies welcome.

    Jessica offers a permissive practice. Her classes offer a unique balance between strength and softness, with a focus on grounding and integration. She believes that in this world full of noise and distraction, to tap into our innate wisdom we need to learn again how to listen, empty and become attuned the the subtleties. Classes emphasise the somatic experience rather than form, expanding awareness of the whole experience.

Mellow Meditation Hour with Pip/Meg
7.15-8.15pm £10

  • Gift yourself an hour to mellow out and be guided by Meg or Pip on Monday morning. You will be lead through basic movement, breath work and meditation - Mondays just got a little better! 

    Meg and Pip both have years of experience in relaxation techniques. Both having held many classes, spaces and retreats in wellbeing, they will bring a gentle and supportive approach to helping your body and mind slow down, relax and rejuvenate. 

Tuesday

Men’s Circle
with Pip Hersee
7-9pm £10

  • A safe space to be seen and heard without judgement or opinions. This Mens Circle will help you become a better listener, communicator of your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and overall a better man.

    Experience community and brotherhood in this ‘Men’s Circle’, as you feel what its like to have other men, have your back! Too long have we played out the “Lone-Wolf” mentality. It is high time that we create more healthy community and environment amongst Men, giving space for sharing, listening and venerability. 

    Pip has guided Mens work, circles and mental health for several years, holding online circles, mens work spaces and retreats. He now wishes to bring this experience to Hastings Old Town and build a community of brothers that can support one another through life's challenges.

Wednesday

Flow Yoga
with Rachael Voss
9.30-10.30am £10 or £8.50 with class pass

  • Join Rachael for an hour of uplifting Flow Yoga to music. Breathe, stretch, move the body, calm the mind, smile. Open to all, modifications given for the stiffest beginner to the more experienced yogi.

Men’s Stretch & Relaxation
with Pip Hersee
7-8.30pm £15

  • Working through movement and held potions, with breath you will release tension and stiffness from your body. Positions chosen to best create more flexibility in your body, Pip will guide you in a class to improve your mobility and relax your body and mind in the process.

    As a profession dancer for over 25 years, Pip has a wealth of knowledge on body movement connection and flexibly to share. Join Pip and other men in your community to break the stereotype and bring some life to our neglected, overworked bodies!

  • Taoist practices to develop openness and tranquility.

Iyengar Yoga Restorative Class with Vianney Faudemer

    Join me for an Iyengar Yoga Restorative session, designed to help you unwind, reset, and find balance. Using props for support, we’ll explore gentle postures that release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energy. Perfect for all levels!
