Cacao Ceremony
with Megan Westpfel
26th of April 3-5.30pm
£30

  • Drinking cacao is like savouring the purest, most untainted form of chocolate, rooted in the ancient traditions of the indigenous cultures of Central and South America. Known for its medicinal properties, cacao is rich in vitamins and minerals, and it also has psychoactive effects that help open the heart, guiding us into a state of bliss and love. Every time we drink cacao, it can surprise us—sometimes evoking deep emotions, filling us with vibrant energy, or grounding us in a meditative state, with experiences ranging from one end of the spectrum to the other.

The ceremonies will be led intuitively by Megan, responding to the energy of the group, and may involve movement, meditation, singing, creative expression, and sharing insights with one another. Megan has spent the past decade connecting with cacao, learning its magic and mystery through ceremonies and personal rituals. Each ceremony she has hosted has been a cherished memory that has deeply shaped her journey.

These ceremonies are sacred and require reverence, so come with an open heart and mind, honouring cacao’s nurturing presence. Trust the call, and know that when you're ready, you will be supported throughout the experience.

Facia Breathwork
with Rachel Bednarski
2nd of May 6.30-8pm
£20

  • Unlock the true wisdom of your body: A transformative fascia breathwork experience designed to release held tension, restore fluidity, and reconnect you with your body's natural flow by accessing the connective matrix that connects every inch beneath your skin.

Fascia is the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in your body. When healthy and hydrated, it allows for fluid movement; when restricted, it can cause pain, tension, and limited mobility.

Through conscious breath and gentle, intentional movement, we attune to your fascia's ability to release stored emotions, shift energy, and restore balance—deepening your connection to self and aligning your body with its true potential.
