ENRICH is a 3-hour men's gathering designed to help you come home to your truth. Through powerful conversation, honest reflection, and the grounding force of ceremonial cacao, we create a space for men to drop the masks and get real with themselves and with each other.
Helen has been coaching internationally since 2008, she has been holding ceremonies since 2019 and regularly speaks at Oxford and Cambridge and London on Emotional Intelligence. Her work unites head and heart and she is passionate about supporting people to have greater levels of love, courage and authenticity in their lives.

Fascia is the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in your body. When healthy and hydrated, it allows for fluid movement; when restricted, it can cause pain, tension, and limited mobility.
Through conscious breath and gentle, intentional movement, we attune to your fascia's ability to release stored emotions, shift energy, and restore balance—deepening your connection to self and aligning your body with its true potential.
Yin Yoga

Relax, unwind and nourish your body, mind and heart with a gentle yin yoga class.
Yin Yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga where we hold poses for around 3 minutes. Longer holds allow space for a meditative practice and time to bring awareness to our breath, so our nervous system can settle and our mind enter into a peaceful state.
